Orange Roughy With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. orange roughy
    1 lb. butter
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    lemon pepper seasoning
    seasoning salt
    paprika
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 yellow pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Put orange roughy in greased baking pan.
    Melt butter and add garlic.
    Baste roughy with garlic-butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, seasoning salt and paprika.
    Layer with green, red and yellow peppers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
