Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. minced garlic, or 1 clove, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a whisk until mixed together well.
    Marinate your favorite steak, London broil or chicken for several hours.
    Bake, broil or barbecue.
