Strawberry Squares(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. margarine
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Stir together first four ingredients.
Remove 1/3 of this mixture and reserve.
Spread evenly in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally, until light brown.
