Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix margarine, shortening and 1 1/2 cups of sugar.
    Then add eggs and mix.
    Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt together.
    Add to margarine mixture.
    Mix well.
    Roll rounded teaspoonful size balls in 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Place onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
