Pork Roast Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin roast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Place roast, fat side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Insert meat thermometer.
