Lumberjack'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Lumberjack sausage, sliced in bite-sized pieces
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 onion, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine ingredients with 1 cup water.
    Bring to slow boil, then simmer for about 2 or 3 hours.
    Season to taste.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
