Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pumpkin
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 to 3 chopped carrots
    2 to 3 chopped celery stalks
    1 chopped onion
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    sherry or white wine
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil for 30 minutes.
    Puree ingredients.
    Boil again for 20 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup sherry or white wine.
    Add butter and mix well.
