Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Saute garlic, pepper and onion in 1/4 cup oil until tender. Pour into mixing bowl. Add clams with juice, oregano, parsley, bread crumbs and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
