Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. onions, chopped
    bacon drippings
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) can curry powder
    1 c. lemon juice
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 large potato, chopped
    5 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onions in bacon drippings in a stockpot over very low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
    Add green bell peppers. Cook until mixture is dark brown in color, stirring frequently.
