Stir-Fry Chicken My Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast (take skin off)
    lemon or lemon juice
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    mixed vegetables pkg. (any brand) containing: broccoli, carrots, snow peas, red peppers and water chestnuts
    1 can baby corn
    Kikkoman lite soy sauce
    sesame oil
    Minute rice (4 servings)
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Or use any herbs you wish.
    Marinate for at least 4 hours, overnight is better.
    Then cut up chicken into 1-inch size.
