Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hash browns (may use with peppers and onions in pkg.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cans potato soup (do not dilute)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 wedge Cracker Barrel cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix together and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be frozen very well.
