Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie crust.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Bake 20 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes longer.
