Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. frozen turkey breast
18 to 24 inches heavy-duty foil wrap
2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Wrap turkey breast in foil, using drugstore method of wrapping.
Place wrapped breast in aluminum baking pan.
Bake for 3 hours.
Remove from oven and carefully open top of foil, folding back.
Place margarine on top of turkey and season with salt and pepper.
Return to oven and bake an additional 30 minutes to brown.
Cool and slice.
