Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 small can creamed corn
1/2 c. grated onion
3 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. red pepper or 1 grated jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Beat together all ingredients.
Pour into greased pan large enough for batter to be thin.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until brown.
