Creole Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wieners
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 t. chili powder
    1 t. salt
    2 t. sugar
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Brown wieners, onion, and pepper in skillet with margarine on med. high heat.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cook on high until steam appears, then turn on low for 15 mins.
    Serve over rice.
