Microwave Cauliflower And Carrot Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cauliflower
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In
    1 quart bowl combine cauliflower, carrot and water. Cover with
    plastic
    wrap.
    Cook at High 6 to 7 minutes.\tStir once. Sprinkle
    vegetables
    into\tpie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese over vegetables.
    Pour
    cream
    into
    2
    cup measure.
    Cook at Medium 2 to 2 1/4 minutes.
