Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat bottom and sides of an 8-inch baking dish with oil.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, coating surface evenly.
    Beat eggs.
    Drain spinach well.
    Add spinach and cheeses to eggs; mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Serves 8.
