Wild Blueberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. apples, peeled and diced
1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Combine blueberries, apples, sugar and lemon. Place in an 8x8x2 inch pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, pecan pieces and rolled oats in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Spread mixture over blueberries.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until topping is golden and filling bubbles, about 65 minutes for frozen berries and 45 minutes for fresh.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
