Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or more (according to need) potatoes, peeled and diced
2 onions, chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
parsley
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 gal. milk
Preparation

Put in boiler and add water to cover veggies.
Cover and cook until veggies are soft.
Add milk, salt, pepper, parsley and eggs. Cover and continue to simmer for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
Add 2 teaspoons margarine.
Serve hot.
