Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 large onion, sauteed in butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (7 oz.) bag nacho cheese chips
1/2 c. chicken broth
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken; set aside.
Saute onion in butter in large saucepan; add soups and tomatoes.
Crush chips and place in bottom of 13-inch baking dish.
Pour broth over chips.
Layer 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of soup mixture; repeat, ending with soup mixture.
Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
