Green And Gold Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lime gelatin
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add 1 cup cold water.
    Chill until thickened.
    Add carrots and cheese.
    Pour into a ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold; fill center with sour cream or salad dressing.
    Yield: 8 servings.
