Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell, plus lattice crust for top
Preparation

In saucepan, mix first 7 ingredients. Heat until combined. Pour this mixture in unbaked shell. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over first mixture. Use lattice crust for top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cover edge with foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until knife comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
