Fried Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin spaghetti
    2 large carrots, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    garlic
    1 c. beef or chicken meat
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    4 Tbsp. soya sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Cut beef or chicken into strips. Season with 2 tablespoons soya sauce and cornstarch.
    Heat wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil; when hot add garlic and onion until brown.
    Add meat and stir-fry until done.
    Add vegetables for 2 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce and oyster sauce.
    Add noodles.
    Stir-fry until well mixed.
    Add salt for taste.
