Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. mild picante sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can Spanish rice
Preparation

Cook ground beef and drain.
Combine the beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and half of the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes, until heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
