Strawberry Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knox gelatine (optional)

Preparation

Thaw berries; dissolve jello in hot water.
Add berries and pineapple.
Pour half of mixture into shallow dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Spread sour cream on top.
Refrigerate until set, then pour remaining mix.
Return to refrigerator.
