Asparagus Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pimento
    1 (No. 2) can or 2 c. drained asparagus
    3 eggs, beaten with fork
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. milk cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. American cheese, grated fine
    1/4 c. melted butter (on top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, folding in asparagus last.
    Use 1/4 crumbs for top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until knife comes out clean.
