Peachy Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled
    1 can peach pie filling
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cube up sweet potatoes.
    Spray slow cooker with Pam.
    Place sweet potatoes in slow cooker and add pie filling and remaining ingredients.
    Coat sweet potatoes and cook 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours. Just before serving, top potatoes with topping.
    Serves 10.
