Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    fresh, chopped parsley
    black pepper to taste
    salt (optional)
    1 pkg. large pasta shells
    1 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
    Add Ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley and pepper, then mix by hand until well blended.
