Rich Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
2 cakes yeast
4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening, salt and eggs with rotary beater until smooth.
Stir in milk.
Crumble in yeast cakes and stir until dissolved.
Beat in with spoon 4 cups of flour.
Scrape dough from sides of bowl, cover with damp cloth and let rise until double. Shape into rolls, let double and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
