Fast Fixin' Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe II devil's food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant, 4 serving size)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Tilt pan until covered.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir with a fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes).
Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Frost with canned fudge frosting.
