Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring
    1 c. milk
    6 slices soft bread, cubed
    1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs and flavoring. Add the milk to the bread and combine with egg mixture.
    Drain 1/2 cup juice from pineapple.
    Add the remaining juice and pineapple to the mixture.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    (Can be topped with Cool Whip or whipped cream.)
