Chicken Diable(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer (about 3 lb.), cut up
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or oleo
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash chicken; pat dry and remove skin (if you want).
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat all over.
    Arrange meaty side up in a single layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed.
