Ras-Malai Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    12 oz. sugar
    6 oz. half and half
    3 oz. pistachio nuts, crushed to powder
Preparation
    Mix sugar and Ricotta cheese and bake at 250\u00b0 until top turns light brown.
    Pour half and half over it and sprinkle with powdered pistachio.
    Chill well before serving.
