Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 soda crackers, crushed
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Cool Whip
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Fold in crackers, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour in a pie plate that has been greased with Pam or Crisco (no butter).
    Cook 30 to 35 minutes on 350\u00b0.
    Cool and cover with Cool Whip.
