3 c. sugar
9 eggs
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
Beat 10 minutes. Spoon into greased pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
