Pineapple Tapioca - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 Tbsp. tapioca
 
1/2 c. sugar
small pinch of salt
3 c. water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
- 
                            Place first four ingredients in top of double boiler and cook over hot water until it is thick (about 1 hour).
 
Mix with crushed pineapple.
Let cool.
