Island Sauce Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar (you can use sweetener)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. water
    2 large egg yolks
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Whisk together in saucepan, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Gradually add water, egg yolks, vinegar, corn syrup and honey.
    Whisk constantly while cooking over low heat about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, but does not boil.
    Take off heat and whisk in corn oil.
    Store in refrigerator.
