London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. ground allspice
    3/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 lb. top round (2-inch thick)
Preparation
    In large glass baking dish combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, allspice, thyme and mustard.
    Add the meat to the dish and rub the marinade over the surface.
    Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
    Broil or grill the meat for about 8 minutes per side for rare.
    Carve into thin slices.
