Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can mandarin oranges
1 pt. sour cream
1 large can chunk pineapple
1/2 bag marshmallows, cut in pieces
coconut
Preparation

Cut up mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks in pieces.
Cut up marshmallows in pieces (use the large marshmallows cut up; they seem to do better and they also melt better into the rest of the salad).
After cutting up the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks and marshmallows, add some coconut to taste and then add the pint of sour cream.
Let the salad chill and set overnight if possible. The longer the salad sets, the better the flavor.
