Blueberry-Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice
1 c. fresh, frozen or drained, canned blueberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Into mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Beat together eggs, milk, melted butter or margarine, orange peel and juice; stir into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in blueberries and nuts.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool.
Wrap in foil and store overnight before cutting in slices to serve.
