Chicken Spaghetti(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen, uncooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    1 pkg. long thin spaghetti
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 small can chopped tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Place hen in pan, season with salt and cover with water. Simmer until chicken is ready to take off bone; save broth. While chicken is cooling, place chopped tomatoes in saucepan.
    Add onion, green peppers, celery and enough broth from the chicken to prevent sticking.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
