Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Clean peppers.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Stuff peppers, then stand upright in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Bake longer if you want peppers softer.
    Sprinkle with more cheese.
    Serves 6.
