Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
4 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Melt butter and combine with cornflakes.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
