Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh spinach, washed, stems removed and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. coffee cream
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 onion, chopped
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Chop spinach in food processor.
    Do not puree!
    Saute chopped onion in butter until soft.
    Add spinach.
    Slowly add cream, white pepper and dash of nutmeg.
    Heat until hot.
