Three-Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Rinse and drain beans; set aside. In a large pot, cook onion in oil until onion is tender, not brown. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Stir occasionally. Top with cheese, sour cream or any toppings of choice.
