Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. Pet milk
6 eggs
3 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
sweeten to taste
nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Boil the sweet potatoes until soft.
Mash completely. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
