Zipped-Up Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 1/2 tsp. minced green onion
    1 1/2 tsp. snipped parsley
    assorted vegetables for dippers
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
    Put in small mixing bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups (13 calories per tablespoon).
