"Souper-Burgers" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can vegetable soup
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chuck and onion in shortening.
    Stir to separate meat.
    Add vegetable soup, ketchup, mustard and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
    Serve on toasted buns.
    Garnish with onion and tomato slices.
