Mocha Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal quick oats
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar (white)
    1 c. sugar (brown)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 plus c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over instant coffee.
    Stir in quick oats, cover and let stand 20 minutes.
    Beat together.
    Add to oat mixture the margarine and sugars.
    Add vanilla and eggs to oat mixture.
    Stir in sifted mixture of flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
    Bake in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
