Oklahoma Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, cut into strips
    2 large onions, cut into rings
    1 large bell pepper, cut into rings
    1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons dry mustard
    2 tablespoons celery seed
    3/4 cup oil
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 cup vinegar
Preparation
    Mix cut vegetables and sprinkle 1 cup sugar on top.
    Bring all other ingredients to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Seal in closed container and refrigerate.
    Marinate at least overnight. Serves 8-10.
